RUNG is operated by Apptimus LTD, registered in Israel, Habarzel 3, Tel Aviv, Israel. These Terms govern your use of newrung.com, its assessments, content, personalized guidance and links to third-party offers. By using RUNG, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Adults Only and Availability

You must be at least 18 years old to use RUNG. The website primarily targets US users but may be accessible internationally. Access does not mean a product, service or offer is available or lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking applicable local requirements.

3. What RUNG Does

RUNG provides self-guided assessments and recommendations for career, earnings and wellness-related goals. Recommendations are based on submitted answers, automated rules and, for certain features, AI-assisted interpretation. The catalog is selective and does not represent all available products or providers. We may change, remove or test questions, content, recommendations and offers.

4. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes

RUNG does not diagnose, prescribe or treat medical conditions and does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment or individualized employment advice. Wellness guidance is informational and does not create a clinician-patient relationship. For symptoms, medications, eligibility or treatment decisions, consult a qualified licensed professional; in emergencies contact local emergency services. No job, salary, earnings, health outcome, approval or purchase result is guaranteed. AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation.

5. Third-Party Providers and Purchases

When you click a partner offer you leave RUNG. Any purchase, subscription, appointment, clinical screening, billing, cancellation, refund or service delivery is between you and the third-party provider under its own terms and privacy policy. RUNG is not the medical provider, merchant or seller of those products unless expressly stated otherwise. 6. Your Submissions and Conduct

Provide information you have authority to submit. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or another person’s private information. You retain your rights in submitted content and grant us a limited permission to process it as necessary to operate and provide the service as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and Saved Assessments

Our Privacy Policy explains assessment data, emails, analytics, advertising measurement and your choices. Saving an email or assessment does not necessarily create an authenticated account or guarantee delivery of messages. Do not rely on saved assessments as a permanent archival service.

8. Intellectual Property

The RUNG name, site design, software and original content belong to Apptimus LTD or its licensors, subject to applicable rights. You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUNG is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, suitability or a particular result. Apptimus LTD is not responsible for independent third-party offers or their acts or omissions. Any limitation of liability applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. No fixed liability cap is specified pending legal review.

10. Changes, Suspension and Applicable Law

We may modify the website or these Terms and provide notice where required. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law. The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions should be finalized with counsel for an Israeli operator serving international consumers; no exclusive forum is imposed in this draft.
